And the results are in.....

Torn patellar tendon.
ANOTHER 3 months not running.
Physio starts asap.
That'll be a total of 6 months out of the trainers.
MISERABLE!!

    Oh mate that sucks. One word (or is to two) cross-training!! Gotta be your answer to get you through. I can honestly say that since buying my ElliptiGO (www.elliptigo.co.uk) I haven't looked back. It's an awesome machine and will definitely help quell the pent up frustration! Take a look!! :-)
